But consensus reached in the earlier discussion was to allow Tamil
mails with tags.

If any list member wants ilugc.tamil or ilguc.telugu or ilugc.finnish or
ilugc.tulu or whatever, please send mail to me (list owner) and not to the
list. Any post (or attempt to post) in other than English to the list will be
treated as a request to open a language specific ilugc and I will create a
separate list.

So it seems to get one's views accepted, the way is to behave irresponsibly.
