[Ilugc] Need Advice: Apache2

Hi,
Hi, i want some advice. I need to run two services in one server, that
means, under one os ( debian 5 ), under one real ip. One service needs
apache running all the time; on the other hand, the second service cannot
run if apache is running. How can i handle this situation.
Does the both services need to run on only port 80?
If not, run apache on a port other than 80.
then, the second app will run pleasantly.
