not every one like to send mail and ask doubt. few prefer over phone,
few personally, few over e-mails, few are comfortable if they ask in
their own language ;-) etc., etc., etc., mailing list isn't the one
stop solution :-)
How about a LUG Call Centre and diverting calls to different persons
who have volunteered to clarify doubts at their own preferred time?
;-)
He might be the first person to call and ask :-)
