[Ilugc] Not able to remove software on Ubuntu 11v

First, thanks for immediate reply...

As per your's instructions, i tried the below commands

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get remove mplayer

Now ... issue resolved ..

i am able to remove Mplayer software.....and i am able to  install other
software also...
