1. You could recompile your kernel after enabling
ACPI support in its configuration.
2. Download and install the lm_sensors package.
lm_sensors (http://secure.netroedge.com/~lm78/) should
help. Try searching 'lm_sensors' in rpmfind.net for
a redhat-specific package.
