Greetings ,
i have been searching for shared work space for more than
8 months. But all it ended in bitter experience. They are asking the same
10 months advance and the rent is above imaginary. ( 16000 / 25000 / 22000
for min of 260 sq.ft.) .these co working spaces, as arun said .... is of
much secure where everyone is peeping into other works. I am not meaning
about Coworkable.com , i am speaking generally about all co-working hubs
here. The people willing to rent just says they have given enough money for
their interior & advance is so high , they expect us pay the advance more.
People are more focussed on grabing money rather than in the intention of
what balakumar said. These things leads the people like us to finalise with
new work space ( as these people ask the rent & advance nearer to the fresh
space guys) .
All companies like regus, coworkable is doing the same.
This is my real experience what i am having for past few months till now.
If some one with good experience , please post it hear. Wishiing to hear
from you.
