I am sorry to tell you this, but your mail itself wasn't very
clear. And according to

unlimited download between 2 am and 8 am is NOT available for the
new 250 rupees plan. I repeat it is NOT available. That facility is
available for all other home plans.

Hi,
I dont think plan250 will be enough for even an optimum user who has a
couple of mail ids to check and does some browsing daily as the
download limit is only .4 GB. And, the pity thing was, when i went to
enquire about my brandband connection in the telephone exchange, the
guys who were put there to give the forms had no knowledge about the
forms, theyy were running to the SE for every enquiry. They just say
about plan250, and dont stress the point about the very low dl / ul
limit of that plan, never say about he other plans. The guy asked me a
couple of times, whether i was sure of choosing plan 500. i was
telling people about the plans and other procedures there. Also they
havent specified anething about necessity of ethernat card if their pc
doesnty hv ethernet support.
