Night surfing is avaiable from 2am - 8 am as mentioned in site as below
*Night Unlimited (0200- 0800 Hrs)*
Just have a clarity on this....
I am sorry to tell you this, but your mail itself wasn't very
clear. And according to
http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm ;
unlimited download between 2 am and 8 am is NOT available for the
new 250 rupees plan. I repeat it is NOT available. That facility is
available for all other home plans.
