I think it has it's context w.r.t the list. Who knows there might be
people following ReiserFS development and this will be news for them.

Isn't there any ReiserFS developers list?

If Linux Torvalds get's arrested tomorrow , won't the list discuss it ?

Can the rules be customized according to someone's contribution or how
much famous he/she is?
