Have you heard/used ReiserFS in GNU/Linux and ever tried reading its history
or atleast about its development and the pros and cons of the ReiserFS?. How
can one say that eventhough its tagged OT, its not relevant?.ReiserFS is one
of the popular File Systems in the Free Software and the creator/writer is
now arrested and wont you think that its a news!.OMG!!...so, you would not
even allow people to discuss about Linux torvalds or RMS in this list ??...

Is this a place to discuss someone's personal life? RMS has asked
everyone to boycott Harry Potter books? Can I discuss it here just
because RMS is coming into the picture?

since the chaks mail is OT, u might understood that it is off topic. u
can too send a mail about RMS asking to boycott harry potter books
mentioning it as OT since it involved RMS if think that it might be
useful to all of us.
