[Ilugc] Outlook to Thunderbird Migration. help needed

Friends.

I have to migrate the mails, accounts, contacts, calenders 
from outlook to Thunderbird in MAndrake 9.1

so, i installed thunderbird in windows and imported 
contacts, and accounts.

Now, i wish to remove windows.

plz help me to transfer the things from windows thunderbird 
to linux thunderbird, and guide me to import calenders.
