[Ilugc] Phonetic tamil keyboard in linux

Friends.

today, I found a nice tamil text editor "Akaram" with
phonetic, keyboard, anjal and mylai keyboard layouts
with tscii fonts.

really good to use for those 
who dont know tamil typewriting.
