[Ilugc] Picasa for Linux from Google

Its picasa which runs using wine. i dont think so that google
developed fully for linux using open source. for me already it worked
in my fedora system using wine. so its not a wonder
should be faster though. it has been developed using winelib, and does
not use wine, the emulator.
