First thing you have to do is identify the chipset.
It is based on Philips SAA7130/4 chipset?
Or bt878/bt848?
Is it supported under linux?
Read the Documentation directory under linux kernel source.
Look for tvtime or xawtv (not recommended).
Also there are plenty of tuner and card options you may have to give
even after the driver recognizes the chip.
