[Ilugc] Problems Galore in Suse 9.1 Pro

ncurses does not show color in Text mode (Ctrl Alt F1-6) but output is
colored in GUI. However command like ls give colored output even in
Text Mode.
try changing the term env variable.
export TERM=linux ( any color enabled terminal mode)
