Hi,
Is buying Linux like RHEL 3,SUSE 9.2 pro, Mandrake
Powerpack from people who sell them
cheaply(say 40 per cd) legal ??
As far as SuSE is concerned, you can copy, download
and redistribute the the CDs (pro and personal)
provided you don't charge for the software. One can
always do a SuSE FTP installation.
When you buy SuSE personal and pro in the market (like
from compusa.com), you are not paying for the distro.
You are paying for the CDs/DVDs, manuals, tech support
etc.
