So your argument does not completely apply here
Thanks for the correction. If the CDs are known to contain non-free
software/parts, the person who desires to redistribute and the end user
as well needs to act according to the terms of its license. Debian
makes the task of redistribution easy with its classification of
packages into free, non-free, contrib etc, but I am not sure how the
others plan their distros.
