Yes. Google gives some links that says freezer saves the hard disk some times.
Kept that hard disk in freezer for 24 hrs :-)

But no use.

I think have to contact some commercial vendors.

It would be nice if you could tell us the cost of such service in Chennai.

I hope they are able to recover your data.

Moving forward I suggest that you use RAID1 for your important files.
