[Ilugc] Request for tamil lovers

Hi,

   Having said that, I don't mind if I get a mail that has '???????' in

it. Because, anyways I get mails from ilugc that has 'Hi' as subject,
replies on digest mails, top posts, mail that does not do proper
"google" research (this is a mailing list guideline!) and others. This
will be one among them.

How about one will feel if he/she is using a client which has no/proper
indic font support and shows [][][][](say mobile phone for example) ,
How about one will feel if he/she is using a console, say a browser like
mutt and where it shows  '????'
however 'hi' in the subject will be readable in all the case, and hence the
request for 'tamil' tagging is raised.
