[Ilugc] "Revolution Movie" - finalized 4pm tomorrow at CEG, AU

nobody should think 'you show a 90min movie regarding linux. but why
is n't it worth running a simple dvd yet'

The problem is only quite a few are runing Linux on machines with DVD
drives and *CLEARLY* not that Linux can't play DVDs.

of course..
pretty much everybody in this list knows that.
but we can't expect it out of the audience.
my point is that ... it only adds to the strength of the movie (in a
subtle way) if it is played in linux.

i think we should stop this here. please dont take this topic further
on. please.


I am watching quite a lot of DVDs in my weekend on my Linux machine only.
I had a DVD writer too.

i do that too. 

(i feel that even without the proprietary drivers, linux(xine)
surpasses windows in quality of video and sound.)
