We had a good meeting yesterday in #ilugc-in.
Here are the minutes :
1. Mac Address of computers/laptops should be listed while we take
them to Birla Planetarium.
2. electricity splitter box should be bring by stall owners.
3. bench ,table,chairs,table cloths, to be arranged... some one should
volunteer it
4. Banner/poster/badges - design and print - volunteers needed. MIT
Vignesh accepted this in last meet.
5. Recovering ilugc wiki for updating SFD details. Requested bala for recover.
6. List of exhibits - updated in http://typewith.me/HsadNpO40O
7. No of rooms and auditoriums in Birla Planetarium for the classes -
Have to check with lenin - Shrini/Thyagu will confirm this.
8. Water for visitors - Shrini/Thyagu will arrange it.
9. Certificates can be provided for all the stalls.
10.Prizes can be given for the 3 best stalls
11.Have to check with bharathi/sriram on spending the 15k we have.
12. Slides prepared for the stalls can be uploaded online for review.
13. Mohanphy will join with MIT for openFOAM stall as he contributed for that.
14. Akilan will check with his team to setup xinerama.
15. Need a invitation in english to send via email.
16. Found similar stalls with JFC and kanchilug. Requested to share
the stalls and think on new stalls.
