Why will the server software change if the Prez changes? This seems very
strange. Doesn't it? I mean, it is not the Prez who is the sysadmin.
Was the earlier software not as good as the new one? Or have commercial
interests penetrated the Rashtrapathi Bhavan?
If the server software there has been changed, can we safely assume that
this process has been replicated across all government websites?
