Yep, everytime I have this issue I do check for that file, and its
almost never present...
It wasn't present last time when I posted that mail.
well, if that file wasn't present, then i dont know where the problem is. we are
syncing from the master mirror and if the sync was successful, we should have a
replica of the master site. anyways, i have upgrades to a newer version of rsync
so that delay-updates is supported. this should take care of parts of the tree
being mutually out of sync. lets see if the error goes away.
