Application setup is the same everywhere (almost). I'm *forced* to
use FreeBSD (and thats an ancient "custom" version) at work. I have
no comlpaints as long as Emacs, Screen, Bash, etc.,. can work no
matter what OS it is.
Infact, at one point of time, i was quite happy with a cygwin setup
that ran emacs, screen, etc.,. on a windows XP box.
