[Ilugc] Tamil Nadu Agriculture University-using 30% of LINUX OS.

Hi luggies,
I visited Tamil Nadu Agricultural University-(TNAU) yesterday world class
university ,suprised to see 30% of computer's woking in LINUX OS.Now FOSS
is in Agricultural University too.Nice work by College Professors.But the
sad situation is Engineering college HOD's find difficult to switch to
FOSS.RTI's should be given to these Engineering colleges.

TNAU-  are in need of community support now.
