Thanks Ma Siva Kumar for the translation .
I can understand the requirement to mention Tamil in Subject. But,
sometimes
it is not doable. That is the reality.

Can we explore mailman by writing a plug-in to stamp tamil mails with
[tamil] tag,currently mail man stamps the subject line with [ilugc] tag.
