[Ilugc] Tamil script vs other Indian scripts

there are symbols to represent year, month etc., and grantha letters
and tamizh numeric representation is also there.
cos ?, ??, ?? need also be included in count. tamizh ??? (?? inside
?) was recently included, i suppose.
apart from this there are few symbols once Ramanraj had made a
presentation about. these are symbols for representing fraction value
as low as 1/32000 that tamilzh people used to have in their practise.,
these need not be used but he suggested a separate plane (am not
exactly sure) be requested for tamil as china demanded for chinese.
and these be put there. so that in future if it is need for some
purpose to be shown for archaelogical, research etc., reasons, they
can be used.
