There is nothing innovative in the distro. They plan to go by RHEL and want
to be in compliance with it. The only advantage would be cost. When they
dont do innovation, and u just take another distro and replace the logos and
tags and give support, why cant they give it at a lower cost?

Umm, Oracle is pretty strong in linux kernel development. Ofcouse you
might not see something like Compiz from them but you surely expect
something like OCFS[1]. They do FOSS for business. :)
