Reading between your words (unwritten), I think you mean VPS (Virtual
Private Server) and not VPN.
A VPS is essentially a small server running in a virtual machine in
the service provider's data center.
Some providers charge additional for CPanel management front end.
Otherwise, you are on your own as for it's system administration,
maintenance and security.
If indeed you meant, VPN then please explain the connection between
VPN and CPanel.
