Without revealing the programming language of your back end, your
query is open ended. I am sure most of the popular web programming
languages have libraries to do the same. Also, the network settings
are distro dependent. You will have to account for that too.
Say like network module in webmin.
You can study the code that does network settings for webmin and
modify it to suit your application.
