[Ilugc] Wiki spam issue _again_

I give up on the Wiki spam issue. The page I am interested in is
Find Your Distro, and I removed all spam on it yesterday evening,
only > to fidn that the spam is back this morning again.
I am planning to upgrade the Wiki software by this weekend. I will
add the spam control stuff also into that.
