[Ilugc] Will you by a Digital Product that allows you to share and remix?

It depends on the lic. under which the digital product is released.

Further, if I buy a music CD, say, I cannot prevent my fellow room mates
from hearing the song when I am hearing...

Much of Music heard today has become popular just because, it was SHARED
FREE!!! (By Some media like Television..)


Broadcasters (TV, Radio, Internet Radio) do pay royalties.

But, again, if a Digital Product allows me to re mix, there are
possibilities of horrible mixes..
No one would like to hear a spoiled Remix of Ilayaraja / Rahman...
Hence, Re mix must not affect the original notion!!


Remix -- IANAL, howwer I believe one needs to be careful about the
lic. from the original content creator(s).
For instance - CC and GNU document lic. stipulate conditions for
remixing the original content.
