[Ilugc] Wireless not working Centos 6.4 x86_64

By process of elimination, it is apparent that the CentOS stock installed
kernel does not have the driver for your Wi-Fi card.

It is also possible that the CentOS firmware package does not have the
firmware for your card, whereas Ubuntu does.

A diff of file lists from /lib/firmware in respective distro should get you
started in locating the firmware file.

Some of the dell systems like dell 5420 which are having the same 
wireless as specified by the Gopal krishan comes with preloaded ubuntu 
11.10 or 12.04 . So the drivers available for ubuntu are taken from the 
disk images of these systems and are easily available  both in deb and 
rpm packages.
