am trying to use it right now - localize is not in the fedora repo. But
my question remains unanswered - what do you people use?

Lokalize is probably supplied by the kdesdk package (yum whatprovides
*/lokalize) . Personally I use virtaal when doing offline or,
pootle/transifex when doing online.

and, <

were two blogs I wrote around a year back on the various tools I tried
before settling down.

QT Linguist is there . It will be in the Fedora repos
