ProActive Leadership is a function, not a position.
You quoted a very good piece. So who is willing to do that 'function' now?
As already mentioned ILUGC also doesn't ascribe any special power to its
coordinator 'position'. Everybody is welcome to do the 'function' of
soliciting quality lectures from their friends, propose quality lectures by
themselves etc.
