[Ilugc] call for speakers - November meet

we are working on dubbed version in Tamil of the same movie.
subtitle is ready in Tamil so far.
thinking on showing the current work to get ideas from audience to proceed
further.
Nice. Also, It will be good to have a brief demo on how one could add
the tamil subtitles themselves. So that similar work can be done for
other movies independently.
