[Ilugc] customs charge on ubuntu CDs

Now, they have sent it.
But, The postman askes me Rs 865 as customs charge.
whether i have to pay it or is there any way to
reduce or nullify the cost.
Did you received any customs call memo? I had also
received the same in Bangalore for just 20 CDs. But
fortunately that memo arrived very late at my place
and two days after that they had sent cd-box to my
place :-).
As per Atul's reply on Bangalore Linux Users non-tech
group, you should try to educate him with that customs
letter. If you pay then it might turn out to be
problem for other users who will receive the cds
later.
