Hiya,
I do get some stuff from GNU once a while (to my Indian residence), I
never pay any customs crap becuz the folks at GNU write the commercial
value to be NIL on the USPS shipping form. I don't know if you are
off your rocker to pay unofficial customs duty for free software.

Did you received any customs call memo? I had also
received the same in Bangalore for just 20 CDs. But
fortunately that memo arrived very late at my place
and two days after that they had sent cd-box to my
place :-).
As per Atul's reply on Bangalore Linux Users non-tech
group, you should try to educate him with that customs
letter. If you pay then it might turn out to be
problem for other users who will receive the cds
later.
