[Ilugc] Re: cvs permission changes

Who is the owner of CVSROOT ? root ? In that case, does
that happen when root (or owner) issues any cvs command ?
I had created a user called cvs with his own group(cvs), and
used that login to setup things.
chown -R cvs.cvs /usr/local/cvsroot
Now again the problem is continued
and also i get error "Failed to lock directory .... " while checkout the cvs
repository
(actually first time it get all files but second time it shows this error)
