[Ilugc] dsl connection in chennai

nobody gives you unlimited
1.saw an advt. yesterday in hindu where touchtel has offered "unlimited*"
during off peak hours (i think its from 10pm to 5am) for 995Rs/month (and
another scheme around 500Rs/month).
I guess by "unlimited*" they mean unlimited downloads. I could see no catches.
2.what about bsnl bfone that gives 'almost' unlimited download.
3.and tata... i heard their offering is not restricted by time/download.
4.donno about cable internet.guess they are available only in selected areas.
