Not quite unlimited, it's basically dialup. So one night download
could only bring you about 100 MB downstream data.

I guess you are talking about that Rs. 1500 per month plan.
4.donno about cable internet.guess they are available only in selected areas.
Sify is available is more areas, I think. BTW, has anyone using it,
particlular that unlimited-shared-rs.600/month plan
