If most of them are b/w prints, then you might want to consider laser
printers. Price points are @ Rs. 6K, the "starter" cartridge gives
about 1500 pages which should last you for about 4 years and you don't
have to worry about cartridges drying up.
For color prints, I take the files in PDF format to the local "xerox" shop.
