Hi all,
- I have compiled 2.6.18 kernel with ext3 inbuilt.
(/lib/modules/2.6.18/kernel/fs/ext3/ext3.ko)
- HDD is SCSI.
i get the following error @ boot:
mkrootdev label / not found
mount : error 2 mounting ext3
mount : error 2 mounting none
switchroot: mount failed : 22
umount /initrd/dev failed: 2
I have tried changing the "root=" with '/', '/1' and also '/dev/sda6' but
couldnt get past this error.
'/' partition is on /dev/sda6 and is labelled as '/1'
can someone help me out?
