Subject: [Ilugc] mounting ntfs
hi
I have installed Mandrake linux recently. In that i
tried mounting ntfs partition. I succeeded in doing
so. But this mounting stays only upto my login
session. I need to mount every time i login into the
session. Moreover i am able to access ntfs partition
files only through root and not with any other user
accounts. How to tweak to make the mounting permanent
and give access to users.

Hi Sai,
To mount a partition across reboots, you need to add an entry in /etc/fstab.
Check the man pages for details.
