[Ilugc] one small suggestion

We are having group discussion through email. why not we have a live
discussion through some chat rooms in yahoo or jabber or irc
channel???
If we could have like that, we can chat lively with the people and get
cleared instantly about the problems, new discussions, news about
linux etc...and many more...
what do you think guys???
A discussion in a list like this gets stored for others to search and
read. Not possible in chat. As Voltaire says, "verba volant... scripta
manent' (spoken words evaporate but written words are permanent). That
is if it is ok to apply the analogy of 'spoken' words to chat!
