Was thinking more in terms of things like silva and docbook. I
have used these, but as a single user. I am interested in practical
experiences with multiple authors of differing skill levels
We are still evaluating solutions but wiki as a scratch pad and
collaborative work tool has been useful for the release notes and some
of the documents. The primary advantage being lowering the barrier to
entry. Disadvantage being tools to process content which is avoiding by
conversions. It can be converted into docbook (many wiki implementations
have plugins/converters) for processing and publishing later.
