It has HOWTO's for almost any linux related query.
The best way would be to select a topic of your
interest and pick up a HOWTO from the list.
The best thing to start off would be BASH, the Linux
shell (command line).
Also of interest is www.google.com/linux , here you
can search for linux related problems etc.
