One of my colleague who is a non-computer science, non electronics student
wants to get an insight on the computer programming world.
Even if there is such an institute, I'd recommend spending a month or so
trying to learn the basic stuff from the Internet. This would greatly
accelerate learning later on.
he wants to ensure that the lecturers are good.
Lectures are useless. hands-on is the only thing that helps.
