That's $50 a year, or slightly more than $4 per month. It doesn't
mention the data xfer limit included in the package. All the online
guys seem to charge about $8 for gigabytes of storage and emails and
anywhere between 50-250 GB per month, so I do think your offer is a
bit on the higher side. Hard to conclude without knowing who it is and
what exactly the offer contains (does it contain domain reg? DNS
hosting? etc.)
