[Ilugc] repository of ubuntu at iit madras

Surely its just a case of setting up rsync do its business.

I'm part of this organisation here, in iit roorkee called IMG, we are
responsible for creating/managing the internet/intranet services +
website. etc stuff.... though we don't have much power to implement a
repository system..it still is possible..with , you know , the right
approach to the institute admin..

I am involved with the CentOS Project, and we would really like to get
more mirrors in India. Is CentOS something you would consider as well ?
